Superstition Manor – Wedding & Event Venue Mesa, Arizona

Life is a constant stream of endings and new beginnings. I can’t help but stop to think how intertwined life truly is.

I first met Bubba and Megan when he proposed at Red Rocks in Colorado! Megan’s best friend Marci (my old best friend from high school) was helping plan it and needed some suggestions on locations and a photographer to capture it.

Megan and Bubba would be moving to Colorado soon so he wanted it to be in a place that they were starting their next chapter together. The wedding ended up being in Arizona where they both grew up. Following a move to Denver they bought their first home and added another pup to the family!

I remember a close conversation I had with Megan after meeting up for brunch. Megan had just finished telling me about how her and Bubba met, how her father had passed away and how quickly life can change. Megan knew I was having a particularly hard time and invited me to go Red Rocks Church in Lakewood, CO with them. I will never forget the first day I went. The music was powerful and my emotions were pouring out of me.

This church has since become a place that I can feel at home again. A place of connection, faith and restoration in my own relationships. Standing by Megan and Bubba in church that first day was catalyst to many events in my life moving forward.

Sharing these pieces of our hearts made me a stronger photographer in every way. Thank you for putting your trust in me!

Stay Spicy,

Meg
