I first met Eduardo and Jenize at their favorite local taco truck, Surf and Salsa, in Haleiwa, HI. If you are going to be in Oahu any time soon and love chips and salsa as much as I do, or just bomb mexican food in general, put them on your bucket list! My rule of thumb is this: if all the locals go there you know you can’t pass it up.

Here is the thing about Hawaii, it’s basically like finding the perfect salsa to your perfect chip. There is truly nothing like the magic, adventure and wonder that these islands bring. For me, my trip would not have been what is was without meeting locals like these two.
